RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Customer agrees to Liberty Boxes Terms of the following Terms and Conditions set forth upon this page, and acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the Liberty Boxes during the specified rental dates agreed upon in the given contract. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the Liberty Boxes. If the Liberty Boxes are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession the Customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the Liberty Boxes. Retail value of the Liberty Boxes are $14.75 for the Liberty Boxes and $25.95 for the Large Liberty Boxes.

2. Customer acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the Liberty Boxes Dollies during the specified rental dates agreed upon in the given contract. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the Liberty Boxes Dollies. If the Dollies are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the Dollies. Retail value of the Liberty Boxes Dollies are $64.95 for the Liberty Dollies and $29.95 for the Large Liberty Dollies.

3. Customer acknowledges that he / she has sole responsibility to schedule and be present at appointments for pick-up and delivery of the Liberty Boxes. If the customer does not give 24 hours notice to reschedule appointments there may be additional delivery or cancellation fees applied in the amount of $25.00. Upon delivery, the $25.00 reservation fee will be deducted from total amout owed.

4. Customer acknowledges that he / she has sole responsibility to have the all rented Liberty Boxes equipment returned by the agreed upon date. For each additional day that the Liberty Boxes are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $0.25 per day per Liberty Boxes. If the Liberty Boxes are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the Liberty Boxes; and will be charged $19.75 for the Liberty Boxes and $30.95 for the Large Liberty Boxes. For each additional day that the Liberty Boxes Dollies are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $0.75 per day. If the Liberty Boxes Dollies are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the Liberty Boxes Dollies; and will be charged the full retail value of the Liberty Boxes Dollies at a rate of $64.95 for the Liberty Dollies and $29.95 for the Large Liberty Dollies.

5. Customer acknowledges that if they sublease or assign any of the above items to a third party that they will be invoiced according to the above terms and conditions and that payment will be due according to the terms of their account with Liberty Boxes.

6. Customer acknowledges that their credit card will be kept on file for the duration of the rental agreement. Customer acknowledges and authorizes Liberty Boxes to charge any amount associated with the above stated terms and conditions.
7. Liability and Indemnity. The Customer shall be liable for all damage arising from equipment rental use, misuse or negligence of Customer, including any accidents to persons or property arising thereof. Customer covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Liberty Boxes free from any and all claims, actions, suits, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the rented equipment and / or its complimentary tools or attachments. This includes, without limitations, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession or use of the rented equipment.
8. Litigation. In the event it becomes necessary to seek legal means to regain equipment, renter will be responsible for all fees and costs born by owner to regain property provided by owner to renter

Liberty Boxes recognizes that your privacy is important to you. Your privacy is also important to us. This Privacy Policy and Agreement ("Privacy Policy") will tell you what information we collect about you and your use of our Web Site, how we use that information, and how we share it with others. Whenever this Privacy Policy refers to "we", "our", or "us", it is referring to this Web Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.
